Welcome to TrueNorth Junk Removal. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

TrueNorth Junk Removal provides hauling and junk removal services in Montgomery County and surrounding areas. We remove most household, commercial, and yard items, but reserve the right to decline hazardous materials or items prohibited by law.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Estimates are based on load size, item type, and accessibility.
• Final pricing is confirmed at pickup before work begins.
• Payment is due in full upon completion of service. We accept [list payment methods you’ll use: e.g., cash, credit card, digital payment].

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Access & Property

• Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to items being removed.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items.
• While we take care when hauling, TrueNorth Junk Removal is not liable for incidental damage resulting from the removal process.

5. Disposal & Donations

Items we collect may be recycled, donated, or disposed of in accordance with local regulations. We do not guarantee donations, but we make every effort to reduce landfill waste.

6. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related messages such as appointment reminders and confirmations. You may also opt in to receive promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

7. Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueNorth Junk Removal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

TrueNorth Junk Removal reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
